Mike Segall, the visionary founder of Money Collectors, boasts nearly four decades of mastery in debt and credit collection. As a distinguished Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management, Mike's expertise is widely recognised. A pivotal moment occurred after his participation in the British and International Franchise Show at Olympia in June 2023. Four keen individuals approached him with a shared dream: to establish their own Money Collectors Franchises. Inspired by their enthusiasm and recognising the potential of marrying an automated collection process with a Training School, Mike identified the immense opportunity for franchising. Today, he's ardently shaping this vision into a tangible reality.

Vicky Ross is a gifted trainer with a passion for helping individuals unlock their true potential. With over 30 years of experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her training programs. Vicky's training is characterised by her boundless passion and energy, which she channels into helping individuals gain a deep understanding of themselves. Her mission is to empower people to break free from limitations and achieve their full potential.

Tracy has 35 years of experience in customer facing sales, administration and operations.
Working internationally for 15 years, for IBM and BBC English she has a wealth of operational experience both on the shop-floor and at c-suite level.
She understands the challenges and opportunities that arise on a daily basis for business owners;
Tracy has grown businesses organically and turned struggling companies around by looking at processes and streamlining them to make them as efficient and as cost effective as possible.
Tracy is also an accredited training provider & coach offering training and support to staff and companies, which includes business development & leadership & management.
For the last two years, Tracy has been central to the process driven environment that The Money Collectors has needed to springboard into the franchise arena.
